There are many things I enjoyed about working with Louise. She is professional, direct, communicative, empathetic, and an optimistic realist (which in our circumstances, we needed!). You might think that some of the qualities I've listed might "soften" her from a sales perspective, but alas, quite the opposite — she achieved a result for our sale that I don't think the many other agents we spoke to would have come close to, via a tailored campaign that was perfect for our property. She strikes me as someone that is highly adaptable to any Seller's needs, style, and unique circumstances, likely driven by her many years of experience. We felt confident, calmed, and informed so that we could take the leaps needed when transacting property. I have a feeling that the Buyers would also think similarly and I think that the quality of making both Seller and Buyer parties feel like they had a great experience is both rare and something we should all look for in an agent.
