I cannot recommend Theo Kouroulis and Central Paragon Property highly enough. Paragon Property managed our investment property in North Perth for over 20 years and then marketed and sold the property in 2021. Our house was untenanted for 2 weeks in 20 years, and was sold in under a fortnight to someone who inspected during the first home open.
