About Nyal

For the past 40 years, Nyal has lived in the Huon Valley where he has enjoyed operating a successful family business in the Geeveston area. He is an enthusiastic member of the Community, being involved in many sporting organisations and is currently a member of the Huon Valley Badminton Association and President of the Cygnet Tennis Club. Nyal is also a valued committee member of the Taste of the Huon organising committee. We had an excellent experience working with Deb Stephens throughout the sale of our two newly completed townhouses at 35 Beaumont Road, Lenah Valley. Although the sales process took much longer than expected due to title-related delays outside anyone's control, Deb remained patient, professional and proactive throughout. I went on holiday to Hobart and bought a house! Deb was happy to come and show us the house at very short notice. It was quite a protracted settlement, due to the hose being a new build. Deb kept in contact with me during this time. Deb certainly knew the market. I would highly recommend Deb to any potential person coming I to the market!

Deb has a warm and engaging manner, fantastic industry knowledge and a great way with people.

Deb can adjust her presentation to suit anyone in the room. She knows and demonstrates that it can be an unsettling experience selling a home and takes the time to check in with her vendors to help them understand the process. In our opinion, she goes above and beyond the requirements of a selling agent, after selling, unlike many, she remains engaged, she has provided mountains of industry intelligence as we have explored different homes in different locations, she has provided information not just about the homes but features of the suburbs, things to watch out for. She also understands this can be very difficult time being "without" a home and having a timeframe to find a new one. Seemingly looking at everything and finding nothing suitable, she made good recommendations, never judged, and showed genuine care.
