Deb’s a professional and she knows her stuff.
I bought my house 7 years ago from Deb, and when it was time for me to sell I knew Deb was who I would call to appraise, market and sell my home. Deb presented me a plan that had a well considered strategy to achieve the best price, with a quick sale and fuss free contract, just as I had requested. The marketing was thorough, the open houses were well attended, and Deb followed up each open house, and private inspection giving me feedback. Deb, presented me 4 very good offers and went through the pros and cons of each offer. In less than 2 weeks the house was sold! Deb understands the stresses and emotions involved with selling your home, and is professional, efficient, thorough, calm and kind. I have no hesitation recommending in Deb

Thoughly recommend Deb Stephens as a real estate agent.
We found Deb Stephens to be a tremendous agent. In the last 12 months we have both purchased and sold a property where Deb has acted as our agent and the vendors agent with our purchase. She managed to acheive a very fair outcome under some very challenging circumstances not which of least is us living and travelling in some very remote parts of the world while these transactions were occuring. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

We went through EIS, Penny is absolutely amazing
She has great knowledge of South Hobart. She is extremely approachable, down to earth and definitely knows her stuff. We were nervous regarding the interest rate’s going up, and people not being able to afford to buy. Penny was only a phone call away. Extremely professional, she always takes my calls, or calls straight back. She sold our home. If we were going to ever sell again Penny would be our first and only choice. Thank you for everything

Knowledgeable, professional, excellent communication
Deb has a good knowledge of the local market and from our very first discussions about selling, she was realistic about where our property sat in the market and provided sensible advice on the selling price. This produced a good amount of interest as soon as the house hit the market, the result being a sale after only 8 days listed. Deb and her assistant Ashley were on-site well before our open home time, helping prepare and offering advice on the best way to present our house, without being obtrusive. While going through the selling process, I was also dealing with some personal challenges and Deb was extremely patient and understanding of my situation. I really appreciated the communication from both Deb and Ashley throughout the whole process, as I have found this lacking in previous realtors I have worked with. I highly recommend Deb and her team at EIS property.
