Excellant service and communication
We cannot speak highly enoungh of the work that Deb and Ashley did in selling our house. Their marketing stratagey worked to our advantage, enabling them to sell our home in 3 days. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, which made the sale go smoothly and efficently. We would not hesitate in recomending them to people thinking of selling.

A legend - 'nobody does it better!'
We cannot thank Penny enough for all that she has done in selling our home. What could have been a very stressful time was very easy and Penny, along with her assistant Lisa made the process as calm and simple as possible. Her communication with us throughout the process has been brilliant. From the first time I contacted Penny for a market appraisal she was prompt to respond straight away then and each and every time I needed to speak to her afterwards. Penny is down to earth, friendly, knowledgable about the market and took her time to explain what we needed to know and guided us with the right advice on the current property market which resulted in a fantastic and quick sale. After reading all the positive and wonderful reviews about Penny she certainly did not disappoint. We highly recommend Penny and when we return to Tasmania Penny will be our only agent. Fantastic lady and agent
This lady is amazing. As a widower I was not looking forward to the prospect of selling my property by myself, but Deb Stevens came to the rescue with her empathy and compassion. She took me step by step through the process to achieve the required result. Always very professional with a great knowledge of the market.
