Professionalism and warmth
Deb was incredibly professional, warm and engaging from start to finish. She followed through on all requests promptly and was very easy to get in touch with. Her advice was measured and based on many years of experience, which we were very grateful for, and she demonstrated true teamwork and care for us as her clients by going out of her way for us at times and offering to assist with small tasks e.g letting professional cleaners into the property when we were away). Personal touch that led to positive outcome for both parties
Over the past years I have dealt with many agents in buying and selling properties in Tasmania and Melbourne. Rarely do you find an agent that takes interest in the actual property rather than just another listing for their agency. To sell a significant home, it takes more than just internet marketing and a walk through with buyers. Specifically for my 190yo heritage listed 5 acre estate, Deb took genuine interest in the history and current renovations which led to her delivery on expectations in the timeframe. Her understanding attitude in negotiations with myself (vendor) and the buyers ended with a very positive outcome for both parties. I recommended Deb to friends that owned a similar property that she sold also, again very happy vendors and buyers.

Warm, human, expert guidance.
