Nyal actually approached us as he had received enquiries about land for sale in the vicinity and knew that we had a property to sell, but had not put it on the market. Nyal was the agent that we had purchased the land through initially and he was very helpful in that exchange. We discussed our expectations and Nyal provided us with his plan/strategy to sell the land. We were regularly kept up to date on all enquiries. The sale went through exceeding our expectations. Nyal is very professional and caring, apologising that the sale had not gone through earlier. It only took a few months which we did not consider a long time.
