Jules the jewel!
Jules went above and beyond in selling us our very first home. With little knowledge of the buying process, as well as being from interstate, Jules went out of his way to explain everything clearly and made sure we were completely comfortable every step of the way. He organised a private inspection for us at short notice, was super quick to get our offer in front of the sellers, and supported us to settlement and beyond. His communication throughout was nothing but friendly, warm, and reassuring. He replied quickly to every message we sent and gave us regular updates on the process, even recommending some local restaurants to enjoy during our trip. Jules also organised a celebratory hamper to be delivered to us back in Queensland when we went unconditional, which is very indicative of the care he puts into his work. We felt supported the whole time and are so happy with how everything turned out! We wouldn’t hesitate to sell our house with Jules in the future or buy through him again. Jules is amazing, and we couldn't recommend him enough!

Deb was recommended to us by a friend who knew we would want an agent who would understand and appreciate the unique nature of our property. This is the third time Nyal has helped us buy or sell a property and frankly, we would be crazy to go anywhere else. Kate’s market knowledge was very accurate and helpful
I bought and then sold this house two years later with Kate. I liked her professionalism of course but she showed a rare gift. Integrity. She instills trust because of that. She brought buyers every day even outside work hours. I knew this would ensure a quick sale. She put me first at all times and gave excellent advice about the presentation aspects. She even provided excellent trades people for minor upkeep issues. She’s a lovely person. I am so glad I used her services.
