This is the second house I have sold through Nyal, after the first sale went so well. Nyal goes above and beyond for his clients, and he seems to genuinely have the best interests of buyers in mind. It has always been important to me that I work with an agent that is ethical, honest, and kind. He is always quick to respond, and always seems to be going out of his way for a client or someone in the local community. He is easy to communicate with, respectful, non intrusive. I don’t plan on selling anymore houses, but Nyal would 100% have my business if I did.
