Matthew Hughes is a very professional, and capable real estate agent. The process of buying a new home through Matthew was seamless. From start to finish, Matthew communicated regularly, keeping me informed every step of the way. Matthew intimately knew the property, and he did an excellent job of showing me through the place. If there were any questions he was unsure of, he took notes, got the answers, and got back to me in a timely manner. Matthew is very personable. He is polite and courteous and a pleasure to talk to. This made the house purchase that much easier. He did an exceptional job negotiating the sale price with the seller and ensured a deal that was fair and reasonable to both parties. Matthew understood what needed to occur and when. He provided clear explanations, which greatly assisted with communicating with the bank and solicitor. I have purchased a few properties over the years, and this was the most seamless purchase to date. Even though we’d owned our house, we’d bought that off my parents, so this was our 1st experience searching for a house. It was definitely the ugliest of all the places we looked at but you as well as us could definitely see the potential it had & we are very grateful that you helped us aquire it. It definitely sounded like you had a rough time behind the scenes & im sure you may have felt like throwing in the towel. We are so glad you didn’t & you kept it together for us.
