Professional and friendly, highly recommend
Rod was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, he showed me through a property within 5 minutes of me calling, and while it wasn't the property I ended up going with, he stayed in contact to show me another place that was perfect for me. Rod stayed in communication throughout the process and was professional, friendly and made it easy. He went above and beyond and checked out the property twice before settlement when I couldn't make it any more due to work travel. Dealing with Rod made the whole process smooth and took the stress out of it.

10/10 agent! Calm and professional

Matthew and Rod initially met dad and I at the house to discuss all aspects regarding the process of the sale should we choose to proceed with Elders. Matthew was interested in not only providing information to us but also finding out from dad about the house and its history. Based on Matthew and Rod’s communication style and strong evidence of the local housing market, we decided to proceed with them. We were provided valuable advice as the offers came in from potential purchases, and kept up to date with how many enquiries there were. Matthew also asked for our feedback regarding the offers and what we’d accept. When an offer of the asking price was made, we were informed. Matthew allowed us the time required as it was a family decision. The level of care, attention to detail and quality of communication was excellent. Matthew was genuine and polite at all times.

Seamless process
We dealt with Matthew when buying a place. Throughout the whole process he was professional, extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions we had at all times of the day. He took the time to show us the property via zoom originally, and when we were able to, organised for us to look at it in person.
