Luke took the stress out of selling our home. No question was too silly and he was always available if we needed to ask anything. He was very knowledgeable about the sale process and I wouldn't have any problems recommending him to anyone that was selling in the area.

This is the second property we have sold in the past 6 months,as property was tenanted by a very hard to deal with tenant, the experience and skill set showed by Sharnelle and team made the whole process of the sale run smoothly and with a great end result, we would not hesitate to recommend this sale team in taking care of handling the sale of any properties for sale, very pleased.

We recently bought our first home in Shailer Park and had a wonderful experience with Ben Ive from Elders. We met John and Ben during our first open home viewing. During our chat with Ben there, we mentioned what kind of home we would like for ourselves. From there on, Ben remember what we had told him and shared details of 2 more properties with us. We loved both the homes and ended up buying the 2nd one ! Ben is an extremely friendly, likeable and approachable agent who knows this area very well, listens to you and loves talking to his clients. He happily answered all our questions and always responded to our emails/texts. We would highly recommend him !

My wife Jessica and I have bought property off John in the past, and from that experience alone, had no second thought in hiring him to sell our property when the time came. John is professional, has an abundance of experience, but most importantly is personable. He understands the importance of clear communication in putting his clients at ease, as he navigates them through the journey of the sale. No question is too little and no call unanswered with John. Any worries in the seller’s or buyer’s mind are explained rationally and placed in context by his wealth of experience as an agent. I would recommend John in a heartbeat to prospective buyers and sellers alike. He is a family man who is successful for a reason. His care and due diligence to his clients can’t be beaten.

Luke did a fantastic job getting our sale over the line. His approach was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. He was also quick to offer us any assistance we needed along the way including, helping us to choose the best offer on our property.

I came across Nathan by chance at an open house and we were so impressed, my partner and I used him to sell. We bought off him and sold our other property through Nathan. He doesnt make fake promises, he knows the market and I guarantee you he isn't your stereotypical agent. It is simply the cliche of the results speaking for themselves. He is your friend before he is your agent and if a house is listed under Nathan, blink and you will literally miss it.

Luke is a very astute agent. He keeps the customer up to date and informed about any issues. He is very respectful in his mannerism.. that is why we have chosen him to sell our house now that we have moved from to this new house

I found my dream home on Domain two days before my departure to Tasmania for a hiking trip. I have contacted listed agents Sharnelle and Kylie, who were extremely helpful and understanding how much I like the house and what situation I was in. With their professionalism and effort, as well as my daughter’s involvement I have managed to purchase the property while climbing Wall of Jerusalem mountains and my dream came true, at the same time as my bucket list item - Tasmania. I can’t thank enough Sharnelle and Kylie for their endless support from our first meeting to handing over the keys from my new beautiful home. Thank you ladies from Elders Loganholme! You are stars 🌟🌟

Sharnelle and Kylie where amazing to deal with when we were selling our house. They were professional and had a great knowledge of the area and market. They were relatable and made the process a lot easier for us with a young family. They knew what we wanted and targeted the market head very swiftly. We were able to receive multiple offers in a matter of days. I would highly recommend them and would go back to them in the future.

When you are a long term real estate veteran yourself and it comes time to sell your own home you know to pick not necessarily those who shout their achievements from the rooftops but an agent that will get the job done. Sharnelle James and Kylie Morris are a unique Mother and Daughter team whom are both long term veterans of our industry and have built a strong solid reputation in our area. It is never easy to please those that have been your peers, these ladies excelled in every aspect of my sale from advice and hands on help to preparing my home for sale to strong negotiation skills that saw my property achieve fifty thousand dollars more than its original offer. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this unique team who quietly and effectively just get the job done to the highest of standards and will undoubtedly achieve the highest price in any market. Honesty, integrity and trust are words that are often loosely used, in this case they are richly deserved and proudly shown . This is not the first property these ladies have sold for my family and friends and certainly won’t be the last. A job well done ladies with many thanks from a very happy client :)
