Not only was Luke amazing to work with, he was chatty, approachable and really on the ball with communication, AND he was more than helpful to us in order for us to secure our new home. We have been looking for a house for well over a year, but mostly struggled with real estate agents (poor communication, not getting back to us, persistently trying to get us to raise our offer with no reasoning behind it) and we always felt as though they were trying to be sneaky and had real ‘car salesmen’ tactics. But, we DID NOT find that this was the case with Luke. He was honest, up front, and even helped us (as the buyers!!) get what we wanted while he also kept the best interested of his client in mind. We couldn’t be happier! There aren’t many real estate agents we have liked, but we thoroughly liked Luke, and couldn’t recommend him higher!

Went to John on recommendation of a friend. House was not quite ready to present but told John would be ready for the market in 2 to 3 weeks, but could he add it to his “coming soon” list. Within a week John rang and asked we were prepared to allow a “twilight” viewing, to which we agreed and on that night even before the house was listed he had secured a contract at the right price and terms. John was always polite, prepared to negotiate commission, and kept us informed at each step. All in all a good and uncomplicated process
