Went to John on recommendation of a friend. House was not quite ready to present but told John would be ready for the market in 2 to 3 weeks, but could he add it to his “coming soon” list. Within a week John rang and asked we were prepared to allow a “twilight” viewing, to which we agreed and on that night even before the house was listed he had secured a contract at the right price and terms. John was always polite, prepared to negotiate commission, and kept us informed at each step. All in all a good and uncomplicated process

Glad we had Luke as our agent for the sale of our house. He was professional from start to finish, was realistic, engaged and did the heavy work - he coordinated all the people involved in the sale of the house, kept us informed throughout the process and stayed on track all the way through.
