There were plenty of opportunities on the market and this was my first real offer on any properties where as I placed a deposit. Very talkative but helpful. During the process of purchasing this property I could always get in contact with Ben easily. The Negotiation of this property price was held is a much more professional manner than other agents. There was very few hoops to jump through before my offer was considered which is no longer the case elsewhere. Adjustment to purchase price due to building and pest was reasonable and prompt. Settlement was brought forward and met first go. Even though it appeared like the existing tenant of the property was flexible, Ben still showed the initiative to get the tenant out early to accommodate the new settlement date. Overall, an extremely smooth process without ambiguity and with professionalism. Great work by Ben for his part in the transaction.
