I am very pleased that I chose to sell my home through Elders with Bill Harvey. Bill had extensive knowledge of the area and gave an honest opinion on what the property was worth. We chose Elders Real Estate because of Emily's personal profile. While we have never met her in person nor spoken via phone we were comfortable that she would look after our interests. Our property at Bolger Way was a difficult one to sell due to other similar blocks available on the same street, but she did it in a very professional manner and negotiated a good price for us. We appreciate the good work Emily had done for us. We have several properties including one in Victoria and will definitely choose Elders as our agent when we are ready to sell them.

To Emily and all the fine staff at Elders Victor Harbor. Several months ago Sue and I began arduous task of looking for our dream house in Victor Harbor . We did the rounds of all the agents , collected brochure attended a few open inspections on different agents recommendations only to find either the agents had not listen ed or were just trying to steer us to what they had on their books. However the fist time I attended Elders the office was just closing for the day but he office staff were very welcoming and forthcoming about what was on their books. A couple of weeks later we made a booking with Emily to view a house . On arrival we were met by this energetic young friendly, yet very professional woman. The house was just what we were looking for and the price very affordable. We advised Emily that we wished to put in an offer and left the rest to her. Over the next few days correspondence went back and forth until all contracts were signed. However it was after this that time that Emily really did Elders proud by constantly keeping in touch with phone calls and texts every step of the way right up to handover. No seriously, Bill has been awesome and has gone above and beyond with every aspect of the house purchase. He is very professional and properly understands all the legal aspects involved in buying and selling homes which is so reassuring and becoming rare these days. He allowed me to view the house as often as required which was a great help for measuring for furniture, and showing trades around etc.. and his knowledge of the local area and the history of the streets in Victor Harbor is second to none. I not only moved into a new house but also to a new town which can be daunting, but Bill has made me feel most welcome. He has a great community spirit, volunteering his time for sea rescues and sports coaching and he genuinely cares about the residents and if even one tenth of people here are anything like Bill then I know I'm in a 'good' place. I highly recommend Bill Harvey to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home or land in this area and will certainly use him again when I buy or sell in the future.
