Returning from QLD after 3 years away , I knew I wanted to settle in the Victor Harbor area . So after a few days to settle , I went to PJD Real Estate agents in Victor Harbor, on Friday, to introduce myself and let them know what I required. I asked to view a home that I had seen on Real Estate.com that morning and a viewing was set up by Joanne and her team for the Sunday. Joanne was there to meet me and show me through the home , which I absolutely loved, ticking all my boxes. So I put in an offer which Joanne said she would inform the vendors of after we had finished at the home. To my delight Joanne rang me at 5pm that afternoon to say that they had accepted my offer. At the office the next day Joanne gave me a list of building and pest inspectors in the area so that I could start the next part of the process. All in all , I could not have been happier with the service that Joanne and her team provided me throughout the purchase of my lovely home..... no pushy sales talk, no mucking about just good friendly service in a timely mannor.Yes I can highly recommend Joanne for your next real estate agent.

Having viewed around ten properties over two months it was refreshing to meet Joanne who was immediately engaging. Joanne greeted us on arrival, made the effort to ask about our property requirements and expectations, and spent several minutes going over the details of the property. Joanne was able to answer all of our questions and clearly had an excellent knowledge of the property and surrounding community, and was keen to share that with us. Joanne was the only Agent I had appraise my home. From the very first meeting, I felt very comfortable & secure with engaging her to sell. She is down to earth, upfront and very approachable, unlike many other Agents I have dealt with in previous house sales (I've had many). Whenever I had questions, Joanne immediately responded. She was on time/early for the only 2 inspections I had. Nothing was any trouble to her. Joanne knows real estate & it shows. I was comfortable & balanced for the entire process. A bonus - PJD's commission rate was far less than others but this was not reflected in their service in anyway at all. Overall, I highly recommend Joanne & her team to sell your home, they are absolutely awesome! *****
