From the outset we knew it was going to be a hassle free sale process. Bill explained everything to us and set out a marketing plan that would ensure success and we knew exactly what was happening and when. We had several genuine buyers who wanted to see our home before the first open and one of those purchased it. Our home was sold before the first open but Bill was still at the open for the anyone who attended. We can’t thank Bill enough and would use his services again.

I decided that I needed to make a very big life change and pursue a university degree. Having built a house 5 years ago, which I owned and lived in by myself, I could not afford to keep the house and commute to and from Adelaide with my limited income, so I decided it was time to sell up and move. To say I was anxious is an understatement! I had high hopes and no idea how to achieve them. Initially I spoke with Heidi for general advice on what I needed to do in preparation for the sale of my house. A few weeks later I met with both Heidi and Emily to sign a contract and discuss the next steps. I had high hopes, but Heidi and Emily listened closely to what I wanted and explained clearly all that I needed to know, and then we all put together a sales plan together. Those high hopes I had, well... they delivered! They actually exceeded my expectations. At the time of this sale Emily may have still been fairly new to the job, but her professionalism and attention to detail would indicate to me that she will be achieving great successes early in her career. She handled most of the negotiation of sale on my property, and it was some very fast paced negotiation, too! She kept me up to date every step of the way and made the entire process easy, and even fun; not at all the daunting task I had anticipated. Thank you Emily and Heidi, I don't have words that adequately express my gratitude to you for all you did for me, but I do hope you know that you are appreciated endlessly for making the process so easy.
