Great he was intuitive

Nick was helpful from the moment we contacted him to become our agent. Within the week it went to multiple offers -however due to circumstances the original contract fell through however it was again under offer within a week and subsequently was sold. Our thanks to Nick and his coworkers who kept us in the loop at all times as to where we were in the process. Nick was so very professional, obliging and friendly and his positive attitude I’m sure ultimately contributed to the sale.

Rachel's knowledge of the local market was the key to us achieving a successful sale. Only ever a phone call away all our queries were answered promptly. The photos Rachel took of our property for sale purposes were of a professional quality & helped show everything in the best possible way. Another great initiative were the weekly reports on were provided on what interest and internet traffic had visited our property listing online.
