We've had to coordinate a lot of maintenance requests of late in our small apartment block. This has required a lot of liaising between us, our tenants and various tradies and Elevate have managed that cheerfully and well. They have also given timely guidance, based on their experience, for simpler repair solutions which still ensure we are providing safe and comfortable dwellings without unnecessary expense for us and more inconvenience for the tenants.
