Good to work with
We've had to coordinate a lot of maintenance requests of late in our small apartment block. This has required a lot of liaising between us, our tenants and various tradies and Elevate have managed that cheerfully and well. They have also given timely guidance, based on their experience, for simpler repair solutions which still ensure we are providing safe and comfortable dwellings without unnecessary expense for us and more inconvenience for the tenants.

Very Professional
Elevate where quick to contact me to ensure I knew my NRAS was running out in March 2022 and would I like them to manage my unit. They provided accurate assessment of the rental market and provided me with information to make my choices. They then found a wonderful tennant at an above market rental rate to occupy the unit. Can not fault them.

Well Prepared
Agency was very helpful in transition from NRAS to standard tenant agreement. Documentation was seamless and new tenant arranged very quickly. Would highly recommend this agency.

Easy to deal with
