I comment on my association with Paige. I have not known the other girls enough to comment yet. In all of my dealing with Paige she has always represented her company as a true professional. This to me speaks of the way the company wishes to be seen. All of the things that have needed to be done have been effitionately handled and in a timely manner. We are about to sign a residential tenancy agreement with our first tenant to occupy our home while we do some traveling. So far we have been very impressed by the knowledge, efficiency, level of communication and commitment to fostering a close working relationship with us, demonstrated by Paige and her team at Elevate Residential. We like their professionalism and their willingness to answer any request or question that we may have in a prompt and no nonsense manner. They have made a very good first impression and our dealing with them to date has been excellent. They know the industry that they are in very well, focus on getting the details right, and seem to work hard to develop strong relationships with both tenants and landlords. I would go so far as to suggest, that at least so far, we have not had a better start to a property management relationship, in our more than thirty years of renting out properties up and down the east coast of Australia, in major cities, suburbia, country towns, and holiday locations. Paige Browning and her team at Elevate did a great job renting my unit as it came out of the NRAS scheme. They managed to find a new tenant in a very short period of time leaving me without a gap in the tenancy. The service was highly professional and efficient and at a personal level it was a pleasure working with Paige. I highly recommend Elevate. I couldn't have asked for more and never got such good service from another agency.

Precise and diligent. During COVID we could still see effort was placed to lease properties during tough times. I like the regular inspections which provides good updates on how the properties are maintained. The quotes received for repairs are reasonable. One item we liked when we first joined Elevate was feedback regarding open inspections. eg type of groups and observed interest. Today we receive emails on just no. groups booked and no. turned up. Doesnt really provide much feed back to the owner.
