Precise and diligent. During COVID we could still see effort was placed to lease properties during tough times. I like the regular inspections which provides good updates on how the properties are maintained. The quotes received for repairs are reasonable. One item we liked when we first joined Elevate was feedback regarding open inspections. eg type of groups and observed interest. Today we receive emails on just no. groups booked and no. turned up. Doesnt really provide much feed back to the owner.
