Kyara was genuinely the best property manager we have ever had. She was always incredibly kind, professional and understanding, and made what can sometimes be a stressful rental experience so much easier. Her communication was always prompt, she was approachable and easy to deal with, and we always felt heard, respected and supported. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about her tenants. Property managers like Kyara are hard to come by, and we feel very fortunate to have had her looking after our property. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

We’ve had an exceptional experience with our property manager. He’s incredibly friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever we need anything. His communication is fantastic, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. He’s genuinely approachable, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Ivan Chua was our property manager throughout our lease and he was great to deal with from start to finish. His communication was always clear, prompt ,professional and he was consistently kind and approachable. Any issues ,questions or requests were sorted out as quickly as possible and he was extremely helpful in every way during our tenancy. We really appreciated his support and the positive experience he provided while managing the property.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
