We knew of Teresa from her sale of properties in our street.

Teresa had a realistic knowledge of the type of residence we wanted to sell as well as the type of buyer who would be seeking a property like ours. Teresa also acknowledged the upgrades and improvements we had made, as well as the potential for the right buyer to customise further depending on their needs. After only 4 months we were able to negotiate with a potential buyer and achieve an outcome we were all pleased with. Teresa showed her skills in this area and we felt like our opinions were listened to and conveyed appropriately to the buyer. Teresa assisted us also obtaining an interest free loan on advertising, and accessing local conveyancing. We were impressed with the weekly feedback regarding internet interest and personal contacts received. We highly recommend E-View. At no point did we feel like the property had gone flat or interest faded.

Felt very let down gave me a hard time about builders report .

Very hard to get hold of, never picks up phone, He didn't even know that windows were part of structure of house acted like i was stupid. Had issues with windows didn't, think it was a big issue even though three windows had to be replaced due to bad rot. Never told me about dishwasher not working, didn't even know! Owner didn't know even. So now have to pay for a new dishwasher, did very little to fix problem.
