When I decided to sell my unit, it was important for me to work with an agent who is down to earth, trustworthy and at the same time, someone that would fight hard for me to get the highest price possible. As soon as I watched Michael's agent video, I instantly knew he was who I wanted to represent the sale of my unit - and now being on the other side a short time later, I know I made the right choice! From start to finish Michael was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and did not inflate the figure of what he thought he could sell my unit for. I got exactly what I wanted price-wise!
