Were we Lucky or are Michael and Ash Just That Good?
Tldr; Michael and Ash are just that good. We are inexperienced in the market and not only did Michael assist us with our sale, he also gave us invaluable advice on negotiating to buy. Our house had a lot of interest quickly, and Michael and Ash both worked hard to use that interest to our best advantage and, every step of the way, both of them were incredibly kind, personable, and made us feel so well cared for and never judged, even when we asked dumb or repetitive questions. I set Michael a challenge by buying before selling, and he really stepped up and surpassed the goals I set for both speed and value. I highly recommend both Michael and Ash -- thank you both so much for what seems like an insanely lucky outcome but is actually a well-earned, best-possible outcome thanks to your involvement.
