Nick was completely honest about the strengths and weaknesses of the Unit I was considering and certainly made sure that I understood what I was getting myself into. Nick spent as much time as it took with me, going over the contract and answering all of my questions. He also attended to all details and spent extra time dealing with tiresome body corporate issues that arose during the process. Interestingly enough, several other people I have spoken to, who have also dealt with Nick, say very similar things. My Unit settles today - Throughout the process I have felt; Supported, Informed and empowered. In an age where emotional intelligence is valued over disconnected, pragmatic efficiency; Nick is a true leader.

I approached Nick a few weeks ago about purchasing a unit or townhouse with an approximate price range. After looking at a couple I indicated to Nick that I did like one and on my behalf we went through due diligence and made an offer and got the unit I was after. Leading on from this Nick and his staff have made the transition easy for me which I greatly appreciate it, including the conveyancing side of things and taking me through the process. I chose Daniel for his honesty and he proved he was throughout the sales period. I had 5 agents appraise my property and all the others were trying to push me into auction, which I didn't want. Some were also advocating underquoting the price which is illegal. Daniel recommended sale by set date and he quoted the most accurate price for which the house could be expected to sell. With a well organised sales campaign Daniel secured a generous offer just 10 days after the house was advertised and it sold before the set date. Daniel is calm, informative and an efficient communicator. It was a total pleasure to have him as my agent.
