We were pleased that we were recommended Jason Stirling by a previous seller. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Communication excellent and fantastic work ethic. We would also like to thank Jarrod Cook. Both agents were a pleasure to work with. Sold in 9 days, with 18 groups through. Definately would recommend to anybody who is considering selling or buying. Thanks again and all the best guys. 👌

Badiha made the purchase very easy for us at a time when the market was moving really fast and competition for properties was fierce. The final offer I believe was very realistic and we were delighted when we found out that it had been accepted. Badiha worked with both vendor and purchaser to make sure everyone was happy with the process and outcome.

Badiha impressed us right from the start. Her honest and no-nonsense approach to the task was just what we needed. The house was sold after just one open day and for a much higher price than we expected. Nothing was too much trouble for Badiha and her team.

We had a great experience with Derek Lea selling our property. We enlisted him based on his professionalism and passion for his job. Derek was an excellent communicator and promptly provided us with information and updates throughout our campaign. At no point did we feel pressured as offers were presented. Derek provided advice and assistance but it was always 'our call' when dealing with offers and campaign details. He truely worked for us. Derek was always confident and never contradicted himself. We have worked with numerous agents in the past and highly recommend Derek as the top on our list. An honest and professional agent!
