Very happy
We chose Badiha Cook to sell our house in April 2017. We chose her because it was obvious at our first meeting how passionate she is about real estate and getting the very best for her clients. We had full confidence that she was going to work hard for us, and a few days after our first open we had a sale with a number of offers on the table. Badiha made the negotiating process seem effortless and as stress free as possible. She is lovely to deal with, we are very happy to recommend her.

Being a builder for more than 35 years I found Leanne to be one of the best realestate agents I have ever dealt with. Best agent ever
We can not recommend Michael highly enough. Michael was patient, professional, honest, approachable & highly knowledgeable of the market especially the Frankston area. He was very accommodating & always available to us day & night no matter how small the question. During the whole process we had daily communication from Michael & after each open we also had detailed feedback that he collected from potential buyers. Selling can be stressful at times but we were at ease because Michael was our agent, he was able to negotiate the best deal & throughout the whole process he went above & beyond for us, we can not thank him enough. We highly recommend Michael!

Very accessible agent that has in-depth knowledge of local real estate.
During my whole purchase process, Badiha has been always within easy reach to discuss and help me understand the area and therefore leading me to the right purchase that best suits me.
