Keeley and the team at Kingston made finding and securing our dream rental very easy, in what is a tough market out there at the moment for tenants. Great comms, easy process to pick up keys and move in, and speedy response to the few annoying queries we had. Having dealt with a few property managers since we moved to Tassie, the team at Fall were by far the best so far.

I cannot recommend Fall highly enough. Sam and Sara went above and beyond to support my daughter and I as we navigated the process of relocating from interstate. Moving to a new place where you don’t know anyone can feel incredibly daunting, but working with these ladies was such a relief. They took the time to understand our situation and worked incredibly hard to help us secure a home that feels comfortable and right fit for our family. Their communication was excellent, and their professionalism, kindness, and reliability stood out. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring we were able to settle into a safe and stable home.
