The service was seamless and Justin and Andrea achieved an excellent final price for our property in a very, short time. Very knowledgeable of the market and their communication was excellent at every step in the sales process. Highly recommend Justin, Andrea and the team at Fall Real Estate.

Kelly and Jo contacted us within 24 hours of my enquiry and had already researched the property history and had ideas on the type of buyer my property should be targeted towards. We ended up selling to exactly the buyer they predicted. The customer service from Kelly and Jo was excellent. They kept in regular contact and were upfront when we needed to adjust pricing. They also directed us towards other properties on the books because they knew we were looking - and they actually LISTENED to what our family needed and gave thoughtful referrals. The marketing by Fall was eye catching, but the service from Kelly and Jo was brilliant and I will be recommending them to everyone who asks for recommendations.

Peter was totally professional and friendly. Everything was arranged with a minimum of fuss while constantly keeping us up to date. The photography made us almost wish to buy the house ourselves. From the time of the listing until exchange was less than seven days. We got more than expected for the house. We highly recommend Peter to anyone wishing to see their property.

We found Kelly and Jo to be a very helpful and understanding team. They helped us through a challenging time selling a house we had lived in for 40 years. Their enthusiasm for the task was clear and we believe they secured a very good price for us.
