He has wealth of local knowledge. We had a death in the family in the middle of open houses and he was always respectful and caring during this difficult time. I didn’t feel pressured by him during the selling process and it was evident that he just wanted the best outcome for me all the way through. I have bought and sold houses before but this was a new experience.
