Having bought my Byron Bay property through the same agency back in 2005, I had Principal Su Reynolds sell my property in 2019. Even when it was off-market, she was able to get a serious interested buyer from her database which was tempting to accept, but she never pressured me into accepting the offer. In the end, I put the property officially on the market, and was rewarded with a higher offer. As this was a holiday rental house and I was living in Sydney, virtually all communication was either via early morning phone-calls or via email. Su was very prompt in terms of getting everything in action, and was particularly good in terms of answering inquiries and keeping me informed. Multiple requests for various matters were promptly attended to. She is obviously very experienced, knows the ins and outs, and will look after the vendor's interests at all times. She is very pleasant to deal with personally. She comes highly recommended, and I would not hesitate to have my return business should such an opportunity arise in the future.
