I found Denzil to be honest, reliable, personable and always available to spend time explaining clearly and concisely He is a gem. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate. He has wealth of local knowledge. We had a death in the family in the middle of open houses and he was always respectful and caring during this difficult time.
