Selling the family home
Andy Wharton has just sold our second home in 15 years. This time the market was against us but Andy managed to bring home an excellent result. Communication and due diligence are his forte. Very professional, attentive, helpful & caring. She organised quotes for styling our property, the install and removal. Took a while, but he got it over the line
Terry and his crew worked very hard to get my property sold. The Market wasn't great and was getting worse the longer it went on. Terry persevered and finally got it sold. It took longer than I was expecting and it wasn't helped by one buyer putting in an offer ... then extending the 'cooling off' period by a few extra weeks .. and finally pulling out at the last minute ... But Terry kept at it and did a great job. Very professional. I'm very happy with the result.
