Terry was very knowledgble with his product. Kept the lines of communications open at all times. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Having a depth of local knowledge and experience really counts and Terry is 100% in both areas. Honesty and integrity really count in real estate and Terry is up there with the best in these very important attributes.

Terry and his crew worked very hard to get my property sold. The Market wasn't great and was getting worse the longer it went on. Terry persevered and finally got it sold. It took longer than I was expecting and it wasn't helped by one buyer putting in an offer ... then extending the 'cooling off' period by a few extra weeks .. and finally pulling out at the last minute ... But Terry kept at it and did a great job. Very professional. I'm very happy with the result.

This is our second time selling with Terry and would happily sell with him again. It is clear Terry is passionate about his work and that he has a sound understanding on the local property market. The communication we received was great as we were updated every step of the way, which was very reassuring! Terry was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and made up feel supported the whole time. Highly recommend

Terry and the team could not be more professional through out the process. This is the third property that we have sold thorough them and the team has looked after our rental portfolio until now.
