Terry has a calming presence and was very generous with his time to answer questions and provide explanations of the next steps in the buying process. He was very accomodating with interstate buyers including supporting inspections during his leave time. He facilitated questions with the vendors and was considerate of both the buyer and vendor needs. He is honest and acts with integrity.
