Once there were no more doubts, he and his team got on to the task really quickly. One of the best parts of dealing with Eddie and his team was that, there was a responsive channel of communication and either Eddie himself, or his team, were very quick to address any queries we had during the process. Eddie was also very patient in addressing all the queries we had, and his jovial personality only helped ease our anxiety further. He was always quick to respond and provide a solution. Also, as Eddie initially advised, the sale went through very quickly as well. He had a clear idea of which of the prospective buyers to reach out to, and that worked in our favour. John was extremely helpful right up to the day of settlement. He always replied to my messages promptly. I found him very honest to deal with. There was a rush to sign a contract to buy quickly but I felt it was a reflection of the overheated market and not high pressure sales tactics. I have no regrets over the purchase and am confident to recommend him.
