Amy and Eddie were the ones who showed me my first property when the daunting task of house-hunting began, but within a period of just 8 weeks they have successfully sold me the same property. Of course the property was excellent, but they presented it so immaculately that it was hard to not appreciate the place. Amy is probably the friendliest agent to interact with who never got tired answering my incessant question during the selection process. Eddie has excellent knowledge of the suburbs around The Ponds that allowed me to compare property's value with other available options thus making the decision easier. When the bank was taking its own sweet time for approvals, they were extremely helpful in getting me essential extensions without which I'd have lost the house I had set my heart on. Their positive attitude enabled me to continue pursuing the bank to get a response quicker. Amy continued to support me for my queries about best options for utilities in the area, while regularly coordinating with the vendor.
