Eddie & Team were very responsive and always available to answer my questions. They were always prompt in their responses, even when I had questions late at night or on weekends. This was especially important to me because I was working with a tight timeline. In addition, Eddie was very professional and always put my needs first. They never pressured me into anything and they always made sure that I was comfortable with the process. They were also very willing to go the extra mile to help me, such as helping me with paperwork of my house. Eddie arranged a solicitor very quickly (late in the evening, as my solicitor was not available at that time) and helped to close the deal in tight timeline as per current market in ponds.
