I have known Eddie for almost 15 years and have both bought and sold with Eddie. From the first meeting one can easily notice the passion, enthusiasm and energy that Eddie has for his Job and now that is backed with many years of experience and consistency. Awesome team!
Eddie and Amy did an awesome job in selling our place in just single private inspection day and achieved an awesome result for us. Eddie has exceptional talent when it comes to negotiation (seriously this guy is good as he claims to be) and Amy is always so very attentive to clients needs. Eddie did an excellent job is marketing and selling our property. The photos in the advertising materials made our house more enticing and the descriptions were professionally written. Eddie, Amy and Amanda kept us informed throughout the process. We got a reasonable offer after only three days in the market and Eddie managed to negotiate a better price for us. The house was left tidy and secure after every inspection.
