I'd recommend John and Hills Direct
From the onset John showed himself to be laser-focussed on all of the aspects around the sale of my particular home. He exudes a no hype attitude, no cheesy small-talk, just highly professional and courteous. On entering my home, his mind was immediately focussed on the specifics of my property, and thinking about how to maximise sale price. He provided several useful pointers that the other Agents missed, and unlike those other Agents assessed, John did set a realistic market pricing. Additionally, he navigated what was a complex sale involving multiple parties/owners, corresponding legal obligations, etc. Once on the market he provided useful and timely updates. I'd seek his assistance again if I ever resold as have full confidence in his judgement. With no hesitation I'd recommend John and Hills Direct to anyone selling their home.
