There is a reason he owns the Kellyville Ridge market. There is no one better.
I've worked with many agents both personally and professionally, and I can confidently say that Paul is in a league of his own. He takes ownership over the property and the sale in a way no one else does. Do you know of any other agent who would spend more time at your house over the christmas/NY break than they did their own house? On boxing day, wheelbarrowing pebbles around my house to get it up to scratch for sale. Bringing his own sanding equipment to fix up some work that same painters/gyprockers did on the house and he thought it could be improved. And then the sale itself. Sold in 3 days at a price well beyond our top expectations and above any estimate that any agent had given us. He managed the buyers perfectly and extracted additional appropriate value, while ensuring all parties were satisfied. It didn't end at the contract exchange either. He continued to ensure things went smoothly all the way to settlement, stepping in when others in the process weren't functioning as they should have. i swear he never sleeps. His communication was top notch with multiple phone calls a day. He knew everything happening in the local market and was able to advise accordingly. And all of that is only the start of it. Do your own research if you need to. All the top sales in suburb are done by Paul, and there is a reason why. I'll rave about him to anyone who listens.

Paul has been wonderful to work with. He gave an honest appraisal at the start, however worked his hardest to secure a great price, which ended up well exceeding the appraisal range. He gave great advice on how to prepare our home for sale and the best strategy to attract buyers. We cannot recommend Paul highly enough.
