Our experience with Paul was nothing but exceptional. He is very smart, approachable, knowledgable, reasonable, passionate, and extremely patient. During our negotiation period, we had lots of back and forth and our conversation would have ended anywhere. However, he was the calming influence on the other end and ended up finding a middle ground for a lot of our requests. There were times when he also went out of the way to help us secure the deal.
