We would consider ourselves reasonably seasoned home buyers/sellers, as this was the 5th house that we'd owned and occupied. When a neighbour highly recommended John, we were thrilled, because there's nothing worse than having to listen to real estate agents tell you how great they are. That's three hours you'll never get back. So when we met John, we were immediately impressed by his friendly nature, and were very quickly confident that this was an experienced professional agent who knew the area and knew exactly what he would do to achieve the best result possible. His pricing was very competitive, and so we signed on the dot. As soon as we did, it was as if a whirlwind struck, and within 3 business days, we had the house styled, featured on various real estate websites, and an open day conducted. On the fourth day, we had 4 offers on the table and within a week, a signed and exchanged contract where we achieved a price for our house that was well beyond our expectation, and in fact was a record price for our suburb.
