I was keen to sell my home with a minimum of fuss and stress. In her ‘pitch’ meeting, Rebecca came equipped with a proposed marketing time line and strategy, recommendations and contact details for a photographer, building and pest inspector and stylist. I felt she understood my expectations and met them, which is why I chose her to be my agent. I found her collaborative when deciding on marketing materials, which was Important to me. I didn’t feel pressured to do things ‘her way’. Rebecca respected my opinions and ideas. She got me the result I was after in a timely and stress free manner. We had a terrific campaign with a huge number of prospective buyers coming to see my property. The campaign only lasted 3 weeks and we sold pre-auction.

I was extremely happy with Tracy Blosdale from first contacting her to sale of the land. Tracy engaged me every step of the way and was open to answering all my questions. I felt Tracy went well above what I would expect from an agent and would highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling.
