On first contact with 1st National, the 2 listing agents were unavailable, but promptly sent another agent to show us through the home. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very punctual and delightful young lady, Lucy took the time to show us through the home without any selling or time pressure and answered all of our questions and undertook follow up of various issues . We contacted Lucy twice after that to go through the house again and each time nothing was a problem. When we decided to make an offer it was Lucy we called as she was "Our Agent ". During negotiations, Lucy kept us informed every step of the way. When she phoned to tell us we had secured the property, the happiness in her voice shone through. It was such a pleasure working with Lucy and we believe she has entered into the right profession and she will go far in that Industry.

Rebecca was recommended to me via long term friends who had used her in the past. Their comment to me was that "she is the best" and "don't go anywhere else". Unfortunately when I finally had the house ready for sale Rebecca had decided to go off galavanting around Africa, so I was left in the very capable hands of Meg until Rebecca returned. Could not recommend Rebecca Dean Real Estate enough. Meg was the listed agent on the property my partner and I were looking to purchase. She was extremely helpful and super professional.
