Tracy possesses all the qualities you would want in a real estate agent to market and sell your property. She is extremely professional and knows the market well. She is honest and straightforward. She communicates well and kept me updated regularly. She was very approachable and always responded promptly to any of my queries or concerns. Tracy was committed to securing the best possible price for my property, which she did. This was Tracy's first time selling a DHA investment property (Defence Housing) which proved extremely challenging. Being a Defence home, certain rules had to be adhered to. She couldn't disclose the address online, could not use internal photos of the property for marketing purposes and had limited availability for open home inspections. Despite this, Tracy approached these challenges with positivity and persistence and got the sale across the line. She made the experience of selling a property very easy. I have nothing but praise for Tracy and recommend her highly.
