Rebecca was great, she handled all the negotiations with the prospective buyers without overly drawing us in - informing us all the way but not needing us to get involved in the whole emotional rollercoaster of each bid and counter bid. I found this to be a really refreshing and professional approach. In the end we got the price we wanted with minimum fuss. The whole process only took a couple of weeks. I also like the way the Rebecca related to me. She was upfront and direct which I appreciated. If I had questions or concerns she listened and directly responded. On first contact with 1st National, the 2 listing agents were unavailable, but promptly sent another agent to show us through the home. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very punctual and delightful young lady, Lucy took the time to show us through the home without any selling or time pressure and answered all of our questions and undertook follow up of various issues .
