From the first time I met Avi at an open house inspection I had a feeling that there was something different that set her apart from many other real estate agents. I learnt afterwards that my partner had the same feeling as well. Her open, friendly manner was not tainted with the usual one-sided sales agenda. Avi was always informative and professional, yet very approachable, and I felt as though she was focused on making a connection between a willing vendor and a keen buyer, rather than simply making a sale, as soon as possible, for the maximum amount. Avi responds promptly to text messages and phone calls at any time, normally answering straight away when called – a rare quality in today's world. When I asked her for some clearer details on the history of the house she took my queries seriously, and I was delighted at her resilience in finding out the information for me without needing to be reminded. Even though the settlement process was delayed due to a bank error, Avi remained back after work to make sure it was completed. While I was pacing up and down her office wondering what was happening, Avi was a calming influence on me as she explained what was happening and simultaneously kept in contact with the conveyancers. I am so glad we went through the purchasing process with Avi. Her clear way of communicating and easy manner helped make things a lot less stressful than they may have been. I would certainly recommend Avi to anyone, whether they are selling or buying.
