Explained the “Openn negotiation” auction platform well, and forwarded on an “instructional YouTube link” to get a clear understanding of the auction process. Has made phone contact Pre and Post auction if there were any further questions. David has shown dedication throughout the whole marketing of this property and also made the purchaser feel well advised and given a realistic appraisal of the current real estate market. I cannot say good enough things about Avi. She is a fantastic agent and a wonderful person. My property was being sold with a 2 year lease attached and while that made my buyer circle very tight she still had several interested buyers come through. Even with the lockdown, she did video walk throughs and went over and above making sure everything looked perfect for inspections. Avi has sold both of my homes over the last year and everytime she uses the same dedication and care. If you want you home sold and everything to go smoothly, I would not use anyone else.
