A BIG thank you
Avi was wonderful all through the process of selling our apartment. We were guided by optimism, expertise and persistence all the way to placing the sold sign on our ‘for sale’ sign. Happy result
Avi always kept in contact with me and kept me updated all the time, it wasn’t an easy sale as most people were looking for a home ready to move in straight away, but the property was a rental and had a lengthy lease contract. Avi was consistent with keeping up the open homes every weekend trying to find the right buyer. Her persistence paid off with getting me the sale at a price I was happy with.

Excellent experience
Avi was very helpful from our first inspection. She responded to all of my questions very quickly and was very easy to work with. She was very upfront with information and followed me up without being pushy. I have found other agents in the area to be disinterested and unhelpful, Avi is the opposite of this and I would not hesitate to recommend Avi and will use her again when we decide to sell.

Avi the Wonder Woman
Avi was like a breath of fresh air, so open and friendly, I knew straight away when she appeared on our door step that she was going to be the one we would pick to sell our much loved home. Lovely personality not domineering or too pushy and very easy to talk to. Appreciated her very much. Very diminutive in size but stood by her guns when it came to selling and getting the right price... we were very impressed and happy with the result. Thank you Avi.
