Happy result
Avi always kept in contact with me and kept me updated all the time, it wasn’t an easy sale as most people were looking for a home ready to move in straight away, but the property was a rental and had a lengthy lease contract. Avi was consistent with keeping up the open homes every weekend trying to find the right buyer. Her persistence paid off with getting me the sale at a price I was happy with.

Excellent experience
Avi was very helpful from our first inspection. She responded to all of my questions very quickly and was very easy to work with. She was very upfront with information and followed me up without being pushy. I have found other agents in the area to be disinterested and unhelpful, Avi is the opposite of this and I would not hesitate to recommend Avi and will use her again when we decide to sell.

Avi the Wonder Woman
Avi was like a breath of fresh air, so open and friendly, I knew straight away when she appeared on our door step that she was going to be the one we would pick to sell our much loved home. Lovely personality not domineering or too pushy and very easy to talk to. Appreciated her very much. Very diminutive in size but stood by her guns when it came to selling and getting the right price... we were very impressed and happy with the result. Thank you Avi.

Avi made a potentially rocky road into a smooth highway
From the first time I met Avi at an open house inspection I had a feeling that there was something different that set her apart from many other real estate agents. I learnt afterwards that my partner had the same feeling as well. Her open, friendly manner was not tainted with the usual one-sided sales agenda. Avi was always informative and professional, yet very approachable, and I felt as though she was focused on making a connection between a willing vendor and a keen buyer, rather than simply making a sale, as soon as possible, for the maximum amount. Avi responds promptly to text messages and phone calls at any time, normally answering straight away when called – a rare quality in today's world. When I asked her for some clearer details on the history of the house she took my queries seriously, and I was delighted at her resilience in finding out the information for me without needing to be reminded. Even though the settlement process was delayed due to a bank error, Avi remained back after work to make sure it was completed. While I was pacing up and down her office wondering what was happening, Avi was a calming influence on me as she explained what was happening and simultaneously kept in contact with the conveyancers. I am so glad we went through the purchasing process with Avi. Her clear way of communicating and easy manner helped make things a lot less stressful than they may have been. I would certainly recommend Avi to anyone, whether they are selling or buying.

Hassle free sale of a property in Coffs Harbour
When my daughter and son in law decided to put their property in Coffs Harbour up for sale I suggested to them that they use First National real estate Coffs Harbour as their selling agent because of all the good reports I had heard about them, it turned out to be an excellent decision putting it in the hands of First National Coffs Harbour, Avi Aronsen is the sales manager, Avi is a true professional, she is a good communicator and always holds her clients interests as a high priority, I was personally involved in the selling process as my daughter and son in law had very little time to be able to concentrate on the sale, the unit sold absolutely hassle free because of the good work and effort that Avi put in to get it done.
