I met Avi over a phone call after deciding to sell my interstate investment property , selling property was a new experience for me and i expected it to be harder to sell than buy . After a few discussions we entered the market , i felt really confident as Avi is a natural communicator who knew the area well and quickly got to know the property . Avi's dynamic approach had me informed of everything , keeping me aware of Tenant and Strata obligations even with a 3 hr time difference using email ,calls and SmS and all the while trying to solve the setbacks and overcome the obstacles that arose Perserverance and positive attitude secured a successful sale ! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
Avi could not have been more helpful ,she understood that we wanted to move quickly on the purchase and handled everything with haste and professionalism. We bought our dream property and sold our house
David’s agency First National was suggested to us as the best real estate agency in town (Coffs Harbour). The potential property was flagged to us through social media as being one we might be interested in. The contact person for that property was David Small. David arranged an inspection for the next available working day and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. David was extremely helpful and timely in responding to every query we had about the property and throughout the entire transaction. He has a reputation as being the rural property specialist for the Coffs hinterland. We were impressed with the speed and professionalism of the entire process.
